We try to dispatch orders on the same working day (Monday – Friday). Once shipped, most deliveries are handled by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays in many areas.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary slightly due to weather, postal volumes or regional factors.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free delivery where applicable, this will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
After dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received this within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at thepadelera@gmail.com.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

We take product quality seriously. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos to help assess the issue. Where a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund including return postage.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different racket model or size), please contact us before returning it to confirm availability. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
In the rare event that your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll liaise with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
